PACKING 

All knee braces will be packaged very carefully with pluriball, polystyrene and everything necessary to save them (sponge, etc.). and then in a cardboard inside a secured bubble envelope or solid craft box. 

GIFT 

If your purchase is a gift, and you would like it sent to another address, please leave us a note as soon as possible in the "Contact us" section. Otherwise we will ship to the address listed in the invoice. We can also include a small card with your wish message. 
Please let us know if it is for a present so we'll also make a beautiful packaging suitable for gift giving.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide the same or the next business day after the order is completed and provide the tracking number for your convenience. We do not ship during major European public holidays and on Sundays as all Post Offices are closed at these periods.

It usually takes about

• 3 business days to deliver to any European country,
• 7-10 business days to deliver to the US (depends on particular location)
• and about 10-14 business days to deliver to Australia and Asia-Pacific.
